Since I lost the Suzuki as road-kill by one of Manly's 1st Grade Footy Players, I romanced the notion of owning this truly superb bike. The Yamaha RD 350 surpassed them all in handled and general performance over other small bikes of that era. Alas, though I never got the scratch together to buy the bike, I did on one occassion, get to test ride a near new, one-owner who dropped it and didn't have the courage to get back on. |

The last bike I rode was the slowest and most unreliable. Mainly because of my mechanical inaptitude at the time. to be continued.... |

If I were to get another motor bike it wouldn't be a Harley. No it would have to be the new BMW F800 ST or an Aprilia 750 Shiver. Or maybe, if I was having a true mid-life crisis, a Buell. |
